Here's PhyreEngine 3.1.5.0, leaked some times ago together with PS3 SDK 3.70. Thanks to ConsoleDev for the reupload.

This engine has also powered the fastest-selling game to date on PlayStation Store in both North America and Europe "JOURNEY","Colin McRae: Dirt and Race Driver Grid.

Grid won several awards, including IGN's Editors' Choice Award 2008 as well as their Best Racing Game of 2008 award.It also received a BAFTA award in the Sports category at the British Academy Video Games Awards.

You just haven't figured out the potential of this engine.
