This exists in Windows XP RTM, actually.

This is the flash based tutorial, offer in the English version and it the same as in the RTM builds (and above).
If you install it, it asks if you want to run the Flash one (with Flash 6, standard installed) or the non-flash one (website).
In other languages only the website one is offered, but the flash one is still copied over (the pro_seg1.swf and so on, and for home it is per_seg1.swf).

What's different in the 2475 tour? It is same as the one in RTM, just the music isn't the same. Like at start of the tour, it doesn't have the XP-Startup-ish sound.

Actually trustLeak, if you looked at them both, they are the same.

Run it from a installed version of XP from: C:\WINDOWS\Help\Tours\mmTour\TourW.exe.
The HTML tour is here: C:\WINDOWS\Help\Tours\htmlTour\Default.htm.
The Windows Media Player your is here: C:\WINDOWS\Help\Tours\WindowsMediaPlayer\wmptour.hta.

In Service Pack 2 or 3, The Windows XP Tour is different because the tour file is tour.exe.

No, that is wrong.
In RTM, SP1, SP2, SP3, the professional Tour is TourW.exe, the Home Edition in RTM, SP1, SP2, SP3 has TourP.exe

Tour.exe doesn't exist in any version

Looks like I'm using pirated version of Windows XP so that's a reason.

Yeah, most Russian pirated underground Windows XP DVDs also have the tour cut from the system.

Because in Pre-Release Windows XP Tour uses Windows XP "Whistler" Beta 2428-2463 builds in those screenshots, In RTM ,Service Pack 1, 2 and 3, Windows XP Tour uses Windows XP 2465-2600 builds in those screenshots. Get it?
