Offering PhosphurOS

Post by benny1091 »

i have recently obtained a copy of PhosphurOS based on BeOS Dan0, but with enhancements such as multi-user support and more applications. it was compiled on november 15,2001, the day of Be Inc's closure (i think the same, unmodified build is on andy's server, but im not sure if its still ther) if anyone is interested let me know where to upload it

Hmm, the file did not appear in the upload area, have you used the Upload account?

Looking through some old CDs, I've something that looks like the PhosphurOS Beta 4 installation. Uploaded it to archive.org. Unfortunately, the README is missing, so you have to figure out how to install it over BeOS. For those, who want a refresher: PhosphurOS archived website, and an article
