I'm pretty sure this error is caused when the NT timebomb is tripped during installation. There's no hope for you, it's already the 11th of March in some parts of the world, which is when an un-updated copy of Windows Developer Preview is set to expire.
Goodbye.

Just set the date back and reinstall. Afterwards install all windows updates and restore the time to normal.

Yes, if you set your system date back to an earlier time before installing the Developer Preview build, then that would no doubt work (setting the date back, for example, has always worked for me when installing earlier builds of Windows 8).

However, even though it's still technically possible to install the Developer Preview build, I (and also my coming Windows 8 Review for BetaArchive) still recommend the Consumer Preview build (as far as I know, the Developer Tools have also been released for that build, and not just the earlier Developer Preview one), since it is much more up to date than the Developer Preview build, and certainly more finished.

Please try and speak English correctly next time.
But anyway, like the others are stating, it's because Windows 8 Developer Preview without updates expired.

With BIOS Date 25.8.2011 it says the same error.

I tried WDP on a new VM right now, and can complete installation then reach desktop. Didn't change BIOS date. ;)

Winver says this build expires at Mar. 11th 2012, and System (computer->properties) says Windows is not activated due to expiry, which will cause a restart every 2 hours.

Yet I tried this with WDP x64 without dev tools, I'm not sure if it is a different situation in the one with dev tool.
