Shopped or ms-painted. I can just take that background into paint, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, paste it. make it smaller. and add the other tiles by just removing portions using the selection tool, filling it in with colors and pasting icons from the interwebz.

'Nuff Said. I think the OneNote icon proves this as a fake, as mentioned earlier. The usage of the Windows XP version of the Windows Logo also makes me question the legitimacy of the screenshots.

either that or I haven't seen enough sxshh or whatever dll file screenies to know what it looks like.
