Windows ME Activity Centers

KenOath is amazing.

I say foundation build because very little of anything works at all...
An interesting point in this build is the fact that the Music Center has a green
player panel on the bottom of it's home page, with co-ordinates & strings
within the page that call upon the media players GUID, whereas the later
builds used their own resources to play the media files...
If you look inside the Accore.dll that came with the Neptune ISO getting
about, you'll see this same green player panel that was left behind in it's
resource section, along with other logo's from this build...

This build looks to be a near exact build that is shown on Paul Thurrotts
sight regarding the Neptune Activity Centers, though the start.rcs - RcRun
page appears to be missing, or maybe I haven't worked out where is is &
how to run it, yet...

Not much else to say except thanks for watching..!
Goodbye.

I do not understand, from a "noobish" standpoint, who is KenOath? Are these similar to the Neptune Activity Centers that I have completely exposed? (Has anyone else done this? Am I the only one who has enabled them all 100%?)

Well, Ken sent me a message saying that he actually isn't spending too much time with Windows ME's Activity Centers.
He is however working on Whistler Activity Centers, since Whistler was built on Neptune. He was even nice enough to send me a few screenshots of the Whistler Activity Centers.

Is this the same bloke who said he had Longhorn build 3663 and then said that someone had given him BA FTP login details?
and he wouldnt show us any proof?
I think it is, therefore i think he is lying completely.

No idea, maybe the Activity Center was to be enabled by system OEMs when they pre-loaded Windows on their computers.
