Neptune 5000 ISO leaks, screenshot included!

Post by pr0gram the pr0grammer »

This elusive version has been only in the hands of several people for the past eight years, but now it has been leaked. Neptune 5000 is quite similar to Neptune 5111 but it features a new technology from Microsoft Research: a side-bar which holds minature applications that help you do things.

This build has just leaked to the usual places. Here is a screenshot to show you what you are missing out on by not downloading it:

Remember the date, people... Have I said that I got my hands on the ultra-rare build of Windows NT 3.6, build 1337, compiled exclusively for Intels's Itanium CPU?

Bah, Neptune 5000 is old news... What about a 64-bit Whistler build for the DEC Alpha? You all think Windows on Alpha was discontinued after Win2k RC2, do you? Here's the proof it was not:

Yes, of course. Just look at the build number. The font is MS Sans Serif, but the system description is in Tahoma. Just one example. This is apparently photoshopped.
