Hmm, it comes preinstalled with WHS... Other than that, I'd see no reason to use that.

Same - everyone keeps going on and on about search, indexing, WinFS etc, but are that many people really so disorganised that they don't know where all their files are? This software seems a good way of adding several quite big background apps to your system though, if you like that classic "slow computer" feeling

Same here – the only time when I've had to use the search was when I was looking for some system file and didn't know exactly where it was, in %systemroot%, system32 or wherever. But my personal files are organized so I can always find what I'm looking for.
