Just wanted to speculate a bit, based on file dates alone. The final build of 3.0 appears to have files dated 5 May 1990, where as this build has files dated from around 2 January 1990. It is a build that was about 4 months older than the final release, so it is likely to have been nearly complete at this point. - jimmsta
