SYMPTOMS

When you try to start the NetZero program in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), the program does not start, and you receive the following error message:

NetZero has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact NetZero for the availability of an update to the NetZero program.
