Session Summary
In this session we will focus on how to troubleshoot mail flow problems in Exchange 2000 due to DNS. We will cover configurations for both Exchange 2000 and the DNS servers. Other topics will include symptoms, verification, and some internal concepts in Exchange 2000. We will provide some references and documentation on this topic.
This is a Level 300 session that was recorded May 2, 2002 and presented by Mohammad Nadeem. Mohammad Nadeem is a member of the Texas Messaging Team and his expertise lies in the area of Exchange Transport. Before his current role, he served as a Technical Lead for the Exchange Transport Team, and has been associated with Exchange 2000 Server since the beta release. He also extensively develops and delivers training to internal Microsoft Support Professionals on Exchange 2000. Overall, he has four years of experience with Exchange and eight years of experience in the IT industry.
