SYMPTOMS

The animations of dice, cards, wheels, and slot machines in Microsoft Casino do not appear.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Game Animation check box, under Options, is not selected.

RESOLUTION

To turn on the game animations, follow these steps:

1. On the main menu, click Options.
2. Click to select the Game Animation check box.
3. Click OK ([GRAPHIC: the star and circle with the green check mark]).

The game animations now work as expected.
