Microsoft Neptune Green Load Bar

Post by lukebutler111 »

Hi

I have only recently started using Neptune properly, I'd say for about a week now and it is already starting to show some characterful behavior. This has happened a couple of times where I would start up my Neptune VM (install setup below) and the loading bar would turn green for no apparent reason, then the VM would complain about mouse integration not being available. Is this some sort of abandoned login or is it something else that I'm missing?

Thanks

Virtual Machine Info:
OS - Microsoft Neptune 5111 (De-Timebombed ISO)
CPU - Intel Atom Z3735F (VM has 2 out of the 4 cores)
RAM - 192mb
VHD - 4.0 GB VDI formatted in FAT partition style in IDE mode

Could you please post a screenshot? A text description just isn't adequate enough.

That looks modded, that would never happen in a default Neptune installation, timebomb or not.

I havent modded the installation myself, however the problem is incredibly intermittent and sometimes leaves a message on startup proclaiming that a startup attempt fails and asks me to delete restoration data or continue, could this be something to do with the fast startup option I have enabled?

Probably a graphical glitch.

It's not. It's because of the fast startup feature.

It's not a glitch, it's a feature.
