I have tried installing Windows Memphis Builds 1525, 1532, 1538, and other builds. And right at around 19% to 26% I get a cab corruption error.

You should check MD5 checksum, if it's not ok - redownload the build and try again c:

What did you use to install? If VirtualBox, then use VPC or VMware (disable APM and ACPI in both cases). Is the download corrupt?

I tried re-downloading them. No luck. I am using VMware Workstation and I have turned off ACPI. APM was selected to be not installed.
