Could you try again and provide the connection log so we can help?
Which client are you using?

Sounds like it couldn't connect.
Check your settings and/or connection and try again.

2. Make sure you have an ftps connection to the server, port is 50000 and username and password is upload.

Re: Ftp connection times out
I am sorry. When I am posting the log I realized that my address is .com. I corrected to co.uk. It is ok know. I did not change the filezilla settings so I don't know how it became .com.

Re: Ftp connection times out
The server should work with both .com and .co.uk.ogfrm wrote:I am sorry. When I am posting the log I realized that my address is .com. I corrected to co.uk. It is ok know. I did not change the filezilla settings so I don't know how it became .com.

Re: Ftp connection times out
Make sure its implicit and nothing else. If it isn't, then that's where it don't work right.ogfrm wrote:Encryption: FTP Over TSL
Also, .co.uk just redirects to .com, so it shouldn't conflict there, because clearly, you established some sort of connection to server.

Re: Ftp connection times out
my setting is implicit. I tried .com setting for few days and it wasn't working. I changed it to co.uk it started working. I don't think I changed anything else maybe I am wrong. Importing thing is it is working now. Thanks all for your help.
