Sorry if my video topics are getting repetitive but I came across this recently:
Things that make me think this is a pre-release and not the final version of NT 3.1 nor regular 3.1:
-The yellow window background.
-The Windows icon in the program manager.
-Less icons ( 6 ) compared to other pre-release builds
So, what do you think? What build is it?

Also the Windows 3.1 screen looks like I wasn't in the final build. But I don't know what build it is but I'll guess NT build 19
