2465 OOBE working in a video(not sure if it's not fake)

At 14:00 you can see the OOBE working, which is strange because 2465s OOBE is broken, at least in our copy. Maybe the poster has the original/uncorrupted ISO of 2465... we could ask him, but I'm not sure.

I've noticed that rmsinnovations isn't that active on YT, and , as now, the only way to contact him. It's more of a hit or miss.
It could be that he has got a modded version.

Decided to do some analysis on the OOBE in 2465.
After closer examination, it turns out the OOBE in 2465 looks fine. The HTML's don't appear to be broken. Also, replacing the MSOOBE with the one from b2458 didn't work. So it appears to be either a virtualizer issue, a kernel (ntoskrnl) issue, or an IE issue. Or it could be a problem with the OOBE and I simply haven't looked into enough places...
