I found this release of SLES on an old FTP, unfortunately as folder dumps but hey, what do you expect?
I don't know if this would be accepted to the FTP, being linux and all, but because SLES is commercial I think it is fair game.
Read me on the ftp says: At its sole discretion SuSE makes available for download beta versions of its SuSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 7.
Anyone interested? If so, I can provide link.

As you can see, they are folder dumps and not ISOs. But they are still better than nothing.
