Install Office 2003 in Windows 2000 SP0,SP1 and SP2!
On the ISO,(If on a CD, copy the contents to a folder. ) go to FILES/setup and open setup.ini.Under MinOSRequirement change ServicePackLevel_1=3 to ServicePackLevel_1=0. Now mount the ISO and enjoy!EDIT: Doesn't work in RTM, but it works in beta 1 ONLY.

Did you check if everything works properly, there obviously must've been a reason for setting this requirement
