I wated to set up SHSUCDX in VPC2007 on DOS/WIN3 VM, but i don't know what name of cd drive to put in autoexec.bat.
Can anyone help me?

It's the same drive identifier as in CONFIG.SYS?
If you had a line such like: "DEVICE=C:\CDDRIVE.SYS /D:MSCD000" then you'll need to add "SHSUCDX /D:MSCD000" in AUTOEXEC.BAT
If you had a line such like: "DEVICE=C:\CDDRIVE.SYS /D:MSCD000" then you'll need to add "SHSUCDX /D:MSCD000" in AUTOEXEC.BAT

Re-read my post. I already mentioned to look into what is in CONFIG.SYS
Go check it. If there's nothing like that get a CD Driver (e.g. OAKCDROM.SYS, CD1.SYS etc), add it to config.sys as DEVICE=CDDRIVEFILE.SYS /D:MSCD000 then add SHSUCDX /D:MSCD000 in AUTOEXEC.

The line is commented out. Remove the "REM" word.

You might have to set LASTDRIVE=Z or something too, if you want free drive letters.
