Welp here we go again. With this release Microsoft is starting it's
weekly releases. This is release 2131 along with alot of fixes. This
new release alos adds alot of new things. To name a few a new ie5 some
added DirectX 6.1 features and also starting to secure up the releases.
Now OSR1 final may be still a little time off but MS is starting to move
faster with the internal releases. So you will be seeing more osr1 builds
well I do hope you enjoy this.

Outline seems to be real, for example IE 5.5 and DirectX 6.1 were added in 98 SE. Also date is between 2120 and 2150A's build dates.

I uploaded it on the FTP! I installed it in VMWare Workstation 10.0.3 without any problems...

Now someone might be able to see if it's a real or a fake build.

EDIT: It has been processed and it will be uploaded on the FTP shortly.

Confirmed, it's entirely legit, installed without any issues on VPC2007. Thank you very much Marco, it's always great to get new builds!
