About adding black list of PM (block the user for PM)

I want to add the black list (ignore list) of any user on PM.
I don't know how to
Is it possible to add black list on PM?
It seems to be possible to add user as foe.

If someone is harassing you by PM, I would suggest sending a detailed PM to one of the staff members...
