How to activate Windows Thin PC the successor of Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs
Windows Thin PC now is only in Community Technology Preview (CTP) release available, but that is a Evaluation version with standard 30 Days for activation.

This is simply too close to warez, with it being a lightly modified SP1 RTM build of Windows 7.
