Windows 95 Starts Here and Windows 98 Starts Here were tutorials from Microsoft that were sometimes supplied with their operating systems, starting with certain copies of Chicago Build 462 English.

I've had a zillion of these for NT 4.0, 95 & 98... but I've never actually loaded it.... It's always struck me as something for someone who's never owned a computer before.....

They are tutorials for beginners as others have said. In later editions the interactive tour was built in (XP etc).
