Windows Whistler build 2296 beta 1 contains the watercolor theme, later ousted by Microsoft in place for the luna theme. Builds later than this show the evolution and drastic changes to the watercolor theme before it was scrapped. Many of the changes were meant to be in Windows NepTune, yet they just merged the consumer and business versions into one putting together all of the ideas.
