Windows NT 4 (Codenamed Cairo) is the first version of Windows NT to feature the Explorer shell. It's user interface is similar to Windows 95's, and Windows Desktop Update (also known as the IE 4 Shell Update) can be installed to it in order to get the web-style folders like in Windows 98.

It's successor is Windows 2000 (NT 5.0).
