Build 2443 is a Beta 2 build of Windows ME. According to Paul Thurrott's SuperSite for Windows it was released to testers on 7th January 2000, but no additional information about the build is provided. This build was also leaked to the warez scene by the group GLoW on 8th January 2000. However their release of this build hasn't been found yet.
