Windows "Longhorn" build 4051, with a build tag of 4051.idx02.031001-1340 is a Milestone 7 Longhorn build (a majority of sources identify it as a Milestone 6 build) and the official PDC 2003 build. It leaked on October 20, 2003.
Features
- Documents and Photos and Videos libraries.
- The prefix "My" was dropped, resulting in e.g. Computer, Network Places and Contacts.
- If the sidebar is enabled in the x86 version, the word "Start" is removed from the Start button.
- The updated Internet Explorer 6.05 has a download manager, a pop-up blocker, an add-on manager and a tool to clear browsing history.
- Only the most necessary sidebar tiles are included: Classic Tray, Clock, Quick Launch, Slide Show and Sync. The x64 version lacks the sidebar completely.
