Template:Infobox WindowsBuild Windows 95 build 90c is an early beta build of Windows 95. It was recently logged on The Collection Book and submitted to the FTP by Battler.[1]
This build has a unique message box where it calls itself Windows 94. This was later replaced in build 99 with the text Chicago [2]
