Chicago build 73g is Chicago PDK2 and the culmination of Chicago Milestone 5. It has several improvements from PDK/M4 (58s).
This build also is the earliest build to contain the Start button, as resources of it are in this build's cab32.exe, but are not used, probably because this build was always meant to be a public build. BetaArchive member Hounsell successfully enabled the hidden Start menu and button.
