Build 347 is the Final Beta Release and a Milestone 8 build, also knows as "March Beta". It was compiled on 17th March 1995 and sent to approximately 50,000 beta testers. More information about this can be found on a text file [1] on Microsoft's FTP server.

It's available on the FTP in many versions, including checked/debug as well as non-English releases. The accompanying SDK is also available.
