Windows 95 build 263 is a Beta 2 build of Windows 95. It was leaked on the 6th of July 2019 by Overdoze where files were provided by Dave Pennings. It was originally mislabeled as build 265 in 267's NFO.
Installation Guide
1. Partition and format the hard drive with a DOS 6.22 bootdisk with CD-ROM drivers.
2. Go to the CD drive.
3. Type in cd WIN95.
4. Open SETUP.EXE.
5. Follow the instructions.
