Windows 8 Build 8102 was be released to the public on September 13. It contains the new Start button, IE10 Development Preview, Aero Stretch, Aero Lite, Start Screen, Ribbon (Complete), and Windows Assessment Console. This ought to be a BIG release for Windows 8 Beta testers. This is a huge surprise for beta testers since the last build that leaked was 7989. 7989 to 8102 is a huge milestone! There are two types of isos; one with developer tools and one without all in the three specified architechtures above.
