Windows 8.1 build 9431 is the official Milestone Preview build of Windows 8.1, and was released by Microsoft on June 26, 2013. This build was compiled on June 15th, 2013 and expired on January 15th, 2014. There is also an ARM counterpart of this build, of Windows RT 8.1.
