Windows 8.1 build 9364 (with a build tag of 9364.fbl_partner_out13.130315-2105) is a pre-release build of the Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system. It was leaked on March 24, 2013.[1][2]

Build 9364 included several features and improvements which would later be present in the RTM version of the operating system, including new customization options for the Start screen, new Windows Store applications (Alarm, Calculate, Movie Moments, Sound Recorder), an improved Snap feature allowing one to snap Windows Store applications at lower resolutions than in Windows 8 (with the minimum resolution being reduced to 1024x768). This build also included improvements to the Windows 8 PC Settings screen, improved SkyDrive (later renamed as "OneDrive") integration, and an early version of Internet Explorer 11.[2]
