Windows 1.0/1.01

This was the first public release of Microsoft Windows 1.0, released on November 20th, 1985.

NOTE: This article needs expansion.

A demo disk was also provided, providing a demonstration of the capabilities of Microsoft Windows on a single floppy disk.

Versions also exist for machines from different vendors, such as one that shipped with Zenith personal computers.
