The question on whether a build should be here is based on existence (that is, whether it is fake or not), not specifically on whether it is "notable".

The Helper usergroup

I've renamed the mover usergroup to the Helper usergroup to better identify the purpose of that group as users who help with general wiki matters while not taking a moderator role. Why didn't you first build the IE templates and then replace the original one, instead of a state where no templates are there?
