Welcome to BetaArchive Wiki. While you cannot upload photos on BA right now, you actually cannot upload them into Commons either. This is because Commons is a free media repository, and Longhorn screenshots (or any Microsoft screenshot for that matter) would be classified as fair-use there, which they do not allow.
