Naming system for articles

What scheme should we use exactly? This one (Windows:Longhorn:4074:idx02) or this one (Windows:Longhorn:4074.idx02.040425-1535)? I think there should be consensus. - Emir214 00:52, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
