Special:BatchUpload

If you intend to upload many images at once, I think this method can help you since you do not have to upload the images one by one. You can even set the text in one step: Special:BatchUpload/Foo sets the text of each uploaded image as "Foo". Let me know if there are any issues, X010 (talk) 10:52, 9 April 2021 (BST)
