SYMPTOMS
After daylight saving time (DST) in New Zealand goes into effect on September 30, 2007, you experience the following problems in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
- When you view appointments or tasks in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client or in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the appointments and the tasks may be scheduled one hour ahead of the actual event time or one hour behind the actual event time.
- Some activities and some resources in the service calendar in Microsoft Dynamics CRM may be scheduled one hour ahead of the actual event time or one hour behind the actual event time.
CAUSE
These problems may occur because the start dates and the end dates for DST will change in 2007. The dates will change according to the following table.

| End date | First Sunday in April, 03:00 (daylight saving time). | Third Sunday in March, 03:00 (daylight saving time). |
RESOLUTION
Important This update is a cumulative update that includes all the previous daylight saving time changes and all the previous time zone changes. This includes the hotfixes that are described in the following Microsoft knowledge Base articles:

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Removal information
To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook.
The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB937667$\Spuninst folder.
