SYMPTOMS
After you add a parameter or after you change a parameter in ProClarity Dashboard Server, the list for the parameter displays ERROR or None.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the parameter value is cached. If the parameter value is cached, there is a 60-second delay before the parameter value is retrieved from the cache again.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, wait 60 seconds for the cache to be updated.
Alternatively, exit the Web browser. Then, restart the Web browser to update the cache.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
