Article Last Modified on 4/4/2007

APPLIES TO

  • ProClarity Dashboard Server 6.1

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You create a parameter to reference a measure in the "My Items" folder in ProClarity Dashboard Server 6.1. The list for this parameter is displayed correctly.

You select a value in the list and then click Apply. When you do this, nothing happens.

Then, you view another page. When you do this, you receive the following error message:

A potentially dangerous REquest.Form value was detected by the client.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the definition for the calculated measure from the "My Items" folder is invalid.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, copy the calculated measure to ProClarity Analytics Server.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
