The query fails when you run a query that contains a measure that is created in ProClarity KPI Designer

SYMPTOMS

In ProClarity Desktop Professional or in ProClarity Web Professional, you run a query that contains a measure that is created in ProClarity KPI Designer. When you do this, the query fails.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if you do not specify a status value when you use the "Goal, Set, Trend (GST)" template to generate a key performance indicator (KPI).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the KPI Designer to edit the KPI, and then specify valid status values for the KPI.
