FIX: Existing user accounts may be deleted in Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 when you perform a delta import operation from eTrust Computer Associates ACF2 (CA-ACF2)

Article ID: 934010

Article Last Modified on 11/15/2007

APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 Host Access Management Agent Feature Pack 2

SYMPTOMS

When you use the ACF2 Management Agent (MA) to perform a delta import operation from eTrust Computer Associates Access Control Facility (CA-ACF2), existing user accounts in Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) 2003 may be deleted. The existing accounts may be deleted even though they are valid accounts on the IBM mainframe computer.

Notes

  • The problem is most likely to occur when you perform a delta import operation from ACF2 systems that include more than 1000 user accounts.
  • The deleted user accounts are added back into MIIS 2003 if you perform a full import operation by using the ACF2 MA.
