INTRODUCTION
Issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
You run a custom add-in in Excel 2003. Then, you type a formula in a cell of the worksheet. If you click in the formula bar, the formula in the formula bar may change unexpectedly from the formula that you typed in the worksheet cell.
For example, you type the following formula in a cell in the worksheet and then press ENTER.=NOW()
A few seconds after you click in the formula bar, the formula in the formula bar changes unexpectedly to resemble the following.
