INTRODUCTION

When many printers are installed in a network, users may have difficulty finding their preferred printers. For example, this situation may occur after many printers have been added and used only one time. You may want only frequently used printers to appear in the network.

This article describes how to use PolicyMaker to remove infrequently used printers from a network. To do this, delete all shared printers in the network. Then, reinstall the frequently used printers.
