SYMPTOMS

You may experience one or more of the following symptoms after you install a Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Microsoft Exchange-based server:

  • The following Event ID is logged in the Application log in the Event Viewer:

    Event ID: 100
    Category: Unknown
    Source: StatisticsManagerServer
    Type: Warning
    Message: The description for Event ID ( 100 ) in Source ( StatisticsManagerServer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Fri Jan 05 09:37:04 2007 WARN Error hr=0x80040154 Class not registered

  • Virtual memory is increased in the Antigen Statistics Server service until the memory reaches the virtual memory limit.
  • Antigen sends messages to the debugger, and log files are constantly generated.
