INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to keep a single file in two different Microsoft Office Groove 2007 workspaces.

MORE INFORMATION

You can keep a single file in two different Groove workspaces by using Microsoft Office Groove 2007 and a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site. To do this, add the SharePoint Files tool to both workspaces, and then select a document library on the Windows SharePoint Services Web site for the document.

Note This method works best if the workspaces do not have many members. If the workspaces do not have many members, people who edit the files can avoid synchronization conflicts. We recommend that you enable versioning on the SharePoint site.
