APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 Host Access Management Agent Feature Pack 2

SYMPTOMS

The Host Access Management Agent in Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 stops responding during an import process from one of the following mainframe security systems:

  • IBM Resource Access Control Facility (IBM RACF) security database
  • eTrust Computer Associates ACF2 (CA-ACF2)

The import process does not finish when this problem occurs. In most cases, you must stop the Microsoft Identity Integration Server process (Miiserver.exe) to recover from this problem.

Note When this problem occurs, the Host Access Management Agent logs no event messages. The Host Access Management Agent also returns no error messages when this problem occurs.
